When you purchase patterns, you will get a confirmation page with the links to your patterns. You will also get an email that will also contain the links. Please download them and save them to your computer because the links will expire.
Occasionally something happens out there in cyberspace and you might lose your confirmation page or email. In that case, just send me an email and I will personally email the patterns to you. I check my email regularly throughout the day, so I will get back to you as soon as I see your message. Don't worry, I want you to create beautiful things, so I will get those patterns to you!
If you do need to inquire about a purchased pattern, the order number will be most helpful. If you can't find that, your last name and date of your purchase will help.
